22.01.2022 Hello again. Today is another Balloon card.......this one went out to my sister in Melbourne which I'm looking forward to seeing once all of this madness has eased. I was inspired by Craft for Joy Designs for this card. I've used Powder Pink and Crisp Cantelope Ink to stamp the balloons with the Balloon Celebration Stampset. I then drew the balloon strings using a black fine tip marker and stamped the greeting from the Balloon Adventure Stampset. I added some sequins, then u...sing my WinkaStella Shimmer Pen I went over the pink balloons to add a little shine to it. This card is so pretty in person and I hope my sister likes it. Thanks for stopping by and take care of yourself and those around you xx

22.01.2022 Hello There Today I sent off a few Sympathy cards to some very close extended family members. They have had a tragic year losing both parents within the same year. Their mother passed away earlier in the year and then their father last week. Such a sad, sad time for everyone, but it's comforting to know that they are now reunited. I wanted to make some special cards and I couldn't go past the pretty Petal Promenade DSP. I've used Vellum, Blushing Bride, Very Vanilla, and M...ossy Meadow for my first card, and then for my second card I've used Fresh Fig, and Smokey Slate, My greeting came from an old Stampset called Love & Sympathy which I thought was appropriate. Stay safe everyone and cherish your loved ones as we don't know what tomorrow brings <3

21.01.2022 Good Evening Early this month my in-laws celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. What a wonderful achievement for them both and such an inspiration to have in our lives. Leading up to their anniversary I was playing around with the Wild Rose Stampset using my ink and blenders as well as my blender pens. I was in the process of colouring in the flowers in Daffodil Delight and thought that this would be the perfect colour for their card as according to Google - 60th Wedding ...Anniversary in the UK is Diamond (yellow). I'm pleased at how it turned out in the end......thanks for stopping by

20.01.2022 Hello there It's been a while since I last posted something I've created as I've been doing an online course about Dementia as well as updating my CPR skills. Anyway today's card that I'd like to share was inspired by a lady called Annie from annieshobbyblogspot.com.... I loved her colours combination I decided to use them but added my spin to it to my card. I used the Balloon Bouquet Punch in Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist, and Tranquil Tide. In the other card, I added Melon Mambo. The Confetti and Stars came from 2 stamp sets, one called Balloon Adventure and the other Balloon Celebration. I added some gold foil for the tassels which were cut out using the Balloon Framelits. I then used a stylus to draw the lines to add more definition to it. There you have it a relatively quick and easy card. Thanks for stopping by xx

20.01.2022 Hello there again. October was a month for birthday celebrations and balloons seemed to be my go-to for these few cards. Probably because time was limited with my studying and being a mum and the rest of it, I needed something quick and easy. So today's card is once again using the Balloon Punch as well as the Stampset called Balloon Adventures. I've used the gorgeous Melon Mambo for this card, which co-ordinated with the It's My Party DSP paper. I added a bit of Gold Thread... for the Balloons, coloured in the word Adventure with my Stampin Up pencils, and voila!! I can't take all the credit for this card as I got my inspiration from Brian King another Stampin Up Demonstrator. Check him out and thanks for stopping by xx

18.01.2022 Hello This 13th year old birthday card went to a gorgeous girl who's celebrating becoming a teenager!! Yikes As I didn't really have much time this week I wanted a really quick and easy card to make. From the It's My Party DSP I used the Balloon Framelits Dies to cut out the Balloons. I also used Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies and the words came from the Well Written Framelits as well. (The numbers aren't a Stampin' Up product)... There you have it. Stay safe and thanks for stopping by ;)

13.01.2022 Happy New Year my fellow crafters

12.01.2022 Hello There I hope that you all are well and staying safe as we all navigate our way through this pandemic. Today I wanted to share with you a card that I made using the new Prized Peony Stampset and the Peony Garden DSP. Oh my goodness....this range is just stunning. The Designer Series paper would make stunning Wedding Cards/Invitations and the Stampset is just beautiful...soft and elegant. ... Today's inspiration came from Chris Smith who made the original version but I just changed mine up ever so slightly. I used Basic Gray as my card base and I also stamped the image in Basic Gray Ink. The edging on the Whisper White piece comes from the co-ordinating Peony Dies. The ribbon is Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon. On the second card, I've just reversed the same Designer Paper to showcase the other side of this gorgeous paper range. Sooooo Pretty, I add a touch of Petal Pink and Blushing Bride to the flower as I thought the Gray was a little stark. Thanks for stopping by ;)

10.01.2022 Hello there Today's card that I thought I'd share is this 18th Birthday Shaker card . I had a little bit of the Picture Perfect DSP paper left over from earlier on in the year which is now ALL used up. Yeay!!... I've cut out the frame using the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies and attached a sheet of transparency paper behind it. Then I cut out the 18 from the Large Number Framelit Dies (I've use these dies all the time!! Love em!) the star was a left over piece I had which co-ordinated beautifully with this paper and it came from the Stitched Star Framelit Dies. Never throw away any piece....you never now when it could come in good use....lol I added some Foam Adhesive Strips to the back of the DSP, placed some sequins and attached it to the Whisper White Cardstock. Glued on the Celebrate from the Celebrate You Famelit Dies which was cut in Silver Foil, and there you have it. An 18th Birthday Card. Thanks for stopping by and take care xx

09.01.2022 It's as simple as that!

I've added hair ties, chocolates, chewing gum, tea lights, lip gloss ect into these cute countdown boxes. Can be used for any occasions......just turn the boxes around and decorate the other side with your favourite Desi...gner Series Paper. Thanks for stopping by

05.01.2022 Hello there Here's another card I made this time using the Peony Dies Isn't this flower gorgeous? I have to admit, when I opened up my dies and saw all 18 pieces I was thinking...how on earth does this go together??? All I can say is thank goodness for YouTube... There are five steps to making this beauty and the options to sponge, not to sponge, to crinkle the paper, to leaving it plain, to used coloured cardstock is endless and left to your own creating.... I got my inspiration from another Stampin' Up Demonstrator called Anna Helman - Scrapping Stamping and Stuff. I've used Powder Pink for my colour and I've sponged the tips of the petals with Powder Pink Ink. I've also added some Gray Granite twine as well some Elegant Faceted Gems which you can purchase with the whole Suite if you wish. But these gorgeous gems went well with my Powder Pink background. Thanks for stopping by

03.01.2022 Hello there I few months ago I made some appreciation cards and I was going through my stash and came across this one. I have a friend whose going through a really tough time and it's really been taking a toll on her. Sometimes in certain situations things can be really tricky as you don't want to keep asking "how are you going? but at the same time you want to be there for them. Well today I wanted to send her some support and what a perfect way to do this than by sending ...her this card. I hope I put a smile on her face and that she realises that life isn't always gonna suck! Thanks for stopping by

02.01.2022 Hello Today my father-in-law celebrates his 88th Birthday....so Happy Birthday Jack. I've been trying to use up opened Designer Series Paper pack and I thought I'd use the Bohemian DSP range as I thought it was a bit masculine looking. ... The colours I've used to co-ordinate with this paper range are Delightful Dijon, Island Indigo and Very Vanilla. I added a touch of Gold Foil Paper behind my embossed piece of Very Vanilla (which I embossed with the Stars Embossing Folder) and added the numbers which were cut out using the Large Numbers Framelits. My title was stamped in Versamark Ink which I then embossed in White Embossing Powder and this came from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous Stampset. I off to have some cake and thanks for stopping by

02.01.2022 Hello There Do you struggle to make cards for males? I did but after I bought this stampset I don't seem to have half the trouble I had before coming up with ideas. Today's card is using the Sailing Home Stampset and last years co-ordinating DSP. My inspiration for these cards came from Creative Stamping Designs, although I used different colours and added a little extra to my cards. If you see on the sailing boat I've actually popped my top layer on dimensionals to give it... a little wow factor. I really pleased at how these 2 cards turned out and I hope you like them too. Thanks for stopping by ;)
