25.01.2022 Jobkeeper changes look like they're coming! It was only a little over a week ago that Jobkeeper 2.0 was announced with businesses needing to show that turnover has declined by at least 30% for both the Mar-June and July-Sept quarters. With all of Melbourne now in Stage 4 lockdown and the rest of Victoria back in Stage 3, it looks like the government will scrap businesses having to show a decrease in the Mar-June quarter to be eligible... We're keeping a close eye on the situ...ation and will let you know when changes are made. If you have any questions please reach out.

12.01.2022 New changes to JobKeeper 2.0 were announced today... Under the revised program, businesses now only need to show their GST turnover has fallen in one quarter to qualify for JobKeeper 2.0. This means that to qualify for Oct-Dec 2020, you only need to show eligibility for Sep quarter. And to qualify for Jan-Mar 2021, you only need to show drop in December quarter.
