08.01.2022 We're delighted to announce that Penola's Doug Balnaves and Mount Gambier's Brian Page have joined Dr Sue Charlton AM as the three Patrons of Stand Like Stone Stand Like Stone has been honoured previously to have the patronage of both Allan Scott and then Ray Scott, and are grateful to have the support, endorsement and advocacy of Doug, Brian and Sue. Brian and his wife Sue are recognised as our founding donors, having established scholarships benefiting a variety of scho...ols right across the region. Doug has also had a long association with the foundation, as his late wife Annette was a passionate advocate, director and active contributor. Sue was the inaugural Chair of the foundation leading us for 10 years, as well as being a founding member of Australian Community Philanthropy, a group established to represent the interests of community foundations right across Australia.
