19.01.2022 Update on 9th of November. 6am doors officially open. Staff and opened 24/7 . 50 at lynbrook ... 20 in each factory 5 in the ladies room 5 in the cardio room Buildings have been sectioned off. . No bookings required. Busiest times at the gym are 5pm till 8pm if you train between those times it might be a small wait. Please bring Mask Please bring Towel

12.01.2022 ATTENTION SUF FAM We are opening on the Monday 9th at 6am. . At this present time ... We are unsure on all the restrictions which we will have to follow. We are still waiting on further instruction. They say 20 people per area, Or 1 per 8 square metres. . We will continue to update you all as soon as we have more information. .
