Staff and opened 24/7 . 30 at Springvale ... 20 on gym floor 5 in the ladies area 5 in the boxing room Buildings have been sectioned off. . No bookings required. Busiest times at the gym are 5pm till 8pm if you train between those times it might be a small wait. Please note your mask and a towel is required.

On January 25th we held a bushfire fundraiser where all proceeds made on this day would go straight to those affected by the bushfires We ran a group fitness class in the morning where everyone pushed themselves to their limit and worked up a good sweat . Straight after, everyone got to indulge in some sausages We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up and donated what... you could to the cause! We are pleased to say we raised $721 from the day Your donations will be split between two charities.
