21.01.2022 SUPWA Sunday training session #2 6:30AM OTW Brown Street, East Perth 10 mins warm up... 4 x 8,6,5 mins at L2, L3, L3.5; 1 min rest 10 mins warm down As with last week, well do a loop between Maylands Yacht Club and Heirisson Island so nobody gets left behind. Summer is coming and that means long downwind paddles - so come down and work on that aerobic base.

15.01.2022 Nice day. Tough session last night for Tech Training at L13. Swell hung around but wind came in. Our regular spot P1 was totally weeded out and SUPWA doesn't recommend training on weed . Great to see SUP legend Luke Jenkins down for a hit out and after a quick pack up we all enjoyed the hospitality at the SUSS 10 Year Anniversary bash. See you at the SUP5000. Yew
