I also run social media and step in to run the office sometimes. I’m actually legally blind. I also have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) which affects my right leg/side. To give you an idea, its more painful than having a digit amputated without aesthetic, but 24/7. As you can understand, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Each year I get involved with different charities and fundraisers to give a bit back to those who have helped me. For the second year in a row, I am doing Colour Your Hair for Mental Health which is a fundraiser started by NeuRA - Neuroscience Research Australia. I'm going BRIGHT! Stanes Transport are jumping on board and making an amazing contribution to my fundraising efforts! Now we are putting it out there to try gain some more support for this important cause. Whether it be depression, anxiety, brain or nervous system diseases it could affect your family, your friends or the people you work with.
