This was then applied in the school play ground, showing children the importance of road safety. 12.01.2022 Today we were honoured to have a visit from Mr John OBrien - the secretary from Blacktown RSL and former soldier in command for the Australian army. We took a look at how food was cooked using a Dixie set. Mr OBrien showed us a range of ration foods and how they stored everything on their belt. It was wonderful to take a look at the tent he had set up to show us what it was like for our troops. We thank Mr John OBrien and wish him all the best as he joins tomorrows ANZAC Day March.
