15.04.2022 DROUGHT COMMUNITIES PROGRAM Stanthorpe Girl Guides have recently had the outside of the Guide Hut painted with the use of funds from the Drought Communities Program. This was a grant through the Commonwealth Government and administered by The Southern Downs Regional Council. A thank-you must go to the Australian Governments and Southern Downs Regional Council for their continued support in non-for-profit organisations such as Girl Guides and enabling the volunteers of these ...to offer girls the chance to develop their potential. Stanthorpe Guides would also particularly like to acknowledge Peter Patti for his contribution to the improvements made to the hut.
