02.05.2022 This Anzac Day - The She Hive Ladies will have Anzac Biscuits for sale. The biscuits were named for the Anzacs, and were the original fundraiser for the troops. As well as raising funds at home, the biscuits were also sent overseas to the troops. They will be made, using one of the earliest recipes known (circa 1926). With permission from the Stanthorpe RSL Sub Branch, we will be in Weeroona Park, with the Lions Club who are doing a Sausage sizzle for the morning. #stanthorpeRSLsubbranch #stanthorpeLionsClub
