20.01.2022 Back by popular demand, Ingenious Sheep Section will feature in the Sheep and Wool Pavilion at the 2021 Stanthorpe Show. All Granite Belt Residents can enter 'their sheep' from 'their stud'. Life size and miniature ( between 10 and 30 cm high) models of creative interpretations of 'sheep' are welcome to enter. The section will be judged professionally by long time shearer and grazier, Steve Thomas, assisted by guest judge Joel Ritchers. " Sheep Owners" are encouraged to atten...d the judges commentary and presentation on Friday 12.30 pm where trophies and prizes will be handed out by sponsors. Full details on the event and in the show schedule or by calling chief steward, Annie Mitchell on 0414771367. Entries to be dropped to stewards at the sheep pavilion on Thursday 28th January between 3.30pm and 5.30 pm. Lots of prizes for winners in each section and the champion which are on display at CRT Wiltshire In Folkstone Street until show day.
