25.01.2022 STOCK UPDATE AND AN APOLOGY FROM OUR TEAM. Wed like to thank all our amazing customers for their support and also their patience and understanding this week. Just want to clarify a few things for those who shopped with us today. 1. Today we made the tough decision to refuse to split up mince and some other items into portioned bags. The reason for this was that we were down a scale and this adds double the time to serve the customer and we wanted to serve as many people as p...ossible and not have people queuing forever. We would usually offer this service with an absolute smile but as we are short staffed to handle the current unexpected volume we thought this would be better for everyone. We will always offer free bags for those who ask. Tomorrow we will be ready so back to usual service. 2. We asked today that we only have 3 people enter the shop at once and come in a one out one in system. We asked this for 2 reasons. Firstly so that our staff can hear the customers clearly and they have room to see what we have available and give them and us room to serve them better Secondly in the current climate we feel it safer for everyone that we avoid overcrowding. So we appreciate your help with this. Lastly we apologise if these measures have inconvenienced anyone, hopefully one day we will resume some normality but we are trying our best to supply our community and we apologise if some of us are tired and stressed, luckily the vast vast majority of our customers are like friends and completely understand and we love you for it !! Plenty of stock in tomorrow, again if anyone has a legitimate reason due to illness or other and need our assistance to get you some goodies we will always do our best to help!
