We sincerely hope that you are having an enjoyable and safe Christmas/New Year break. The revamped Stardom Support team is looking forward to working with you in 2020 as you create the events that are so important to the culture and vitality of your respective communities.
21.01.2022 For those of you setting up your 2015 competition in GENI, we’ve created two new Data Extracts in the Reports menu, to assist with reviewing and setting sponsors. One is simply the list of Sponsors currently defined through Competition Categories, titled Sponsor List. The second extract, titled Sponsor List by Section, gives you the complete list of Sections and which Sponsors are currently attached (eg) for 2015.
19.01.2022 Please note that the GENI website and application will be unavailable from 8.30am on Friday 26th September 2014, so that we can upgrade to a new Server. We are hoping that the transition will be done by about midday. Sorry for any inconvenience caused...
19.01.2022 Just a quick update regarding the NAB credit card system. Throughout this week it has thankfully proven reliable for Stardom users and the message posted on the NAB Support page today (12/6) indicates that it is stable and is performing normally. Stardom support will continue to monitor this...
15.01.2022 Just a quick note to say that we are currently in the process of renewing our SSL (security) certificate, that very inconveniently decided to expire yesterday. Your browser will give you a warning about this, but then provide an option to continue on and use GENI. It is certainly fine to choose this option and use the software. We are working with our ISP to ensure the SSL certificate is renewed (hopefully today) and so these messages should then disappear in the next 24 hours or so...
12.01.2022 We are back on the air..! GENI has been rebranded to now be referred to as STARDOM and the new competitor entry application is ready to go. It can be found at www.stardom.com.au. As previously mentioned, the original GENI web addresses will now automatically forward to the new STARDOM page.

At Trend Logic we are excited about some new and updated features we are working on that we will be offering to our Stardom administrators for the new competition year.

At Trend Logic we are working on a number of exciting new developments for the GENI package and will be making some announcements in coming days.
10.01.2022 Hi GENI Administrators, I've just added a new Excel Extract to the reports list called "Username List - Administrators". This will give you the list of people who are or have been set up as admin users against your eisteddfod over the years. Note, the column headed "Active Login" tells you whether they can currently log in under this ID or not. Might be worth a look before your 2015 comp kicks off. Let me know if you need any adjustments. Cheers Andrew.

07.01.2022 Regarding this week's issue with the NAB credit card system, overall, we have thankfully seen a steady stream of card payments being successfully processed. However, there are still the occasional issues. To keep competitors in the loop, we have been pasting messages onto Stardom's Competitor payments page. This is the latest update: "As previously reported, Stardom’s credit card processing provider NAB has been experiencing ongoing issues nationwide. As of 9am today (4/6/15), NAB has indicated on their Support website that they are continuing to apply key updates and that this has improved performance, though the occasional issue is still occurring. If you do experience a timeout during credit card processing, please try again later. Apologies for any inconvenience caused."
02.01.2022 Please note that we are currently experiencing some intermittent issues with credit card processing through the NAB. It appears that this is a global issue with NAB impacting all of its online sites and other POS/electronic payment facilities. Therefore, if a payment does not process the first time in Stardom, please try again at a later time. We are monitoring this issue at the NAB and will notify you of any further developments. Thank you for your patience.
