06.01.2022 Look who's not supposed to be in our bed Lacey's character assessment: Lacey was quick to identify service provider, and has been acting strategically in lobby...ing service upgrades. She's food driven and not too picky for a cat. Her repetitive, nagging meow, leg rub and (the latest move) flop on your foot has been most successful in securing a delicious plate or two. Lacey likes to get physical (she uses that as positive reinforcement to service provider), but in her own terms. If one is deemed trust worthy she would tolerate being picked up and face rubbed on. Lacey is scared of hands in general, perhaps due to past traumas. A hand looming above her head is a trigger for her so 1. always let her sniff first, 2. approach from ground level 3. touch v gently, 4. if she "mouse trap" your hand, simply freeze and she will let go, she doesn't bite hard it's more like a reflex. Lacey score on pooping in the litter tray, but has a strange habit of always doing it at the v edge. She gets along with Morgan, kind of. Again she has issues when being touched. Lacey sniffs and paws Morgan for play, and the two do chasing games. Morgan however, can't touch her back or he would get hissed and at times they fight because of this. Character wise Lacey is quirky. She loves to locate random rubber bands, play with them and leave them around the house. She also like to sneak up on stationary human, park and snooze. She appreciates soft surfaces and practices yoga. In summary Lacey is a great company and comedy central. She is best suited for someone who will take time to understand cat behaviour, someone who doesn't expect to adopt a plush toy with instant affection. She will suit a household with another pet that's chilled, or as a solo. #projlacey #stardustkitties #urbankittens
