21.01.2022 Sooo nice to have people back hiring the pool today .... At this stage it is looking very positive for me to restart lessons on Monday 15 June .... thank you to all those parents who have made contact with me re their children returning to lessons ... however for those who haven’t yet please PM or txt me on 0407550758 you intentions ..... If you or your children can’t wait til 15 June to get back in the water don’t forget to contact me to book in to hire the pool .....cost is $3 per adult and $2 per child per half hour ..... cheers Frances

21.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart and a tear in my eye that I type this message ..... all Tasmanian swim school operators have been advised that they must close as of 12 noon today and I’m guessing it will be for the remainder of the term ...... for those of you who have paid the term in advance I will credit the 3 weeks towards next term fees ..... please contact me if you have any questions but please everybody stay safe and take care .... virtual kisses and hugs to you all Frances

I have recently had a space become available in a water orientation class on Wednesday mornings at 1030 .... this class suits ages 6months through to 3 years ... please PM if you wish to book in or have any queries ... at this stage all my other classes are full ........ 15.01.2022 Well exciting news from our Premier this afternoon .... We have a plan to ease the restrictions due to Covid 19 .... as yet I still do not have a date as to when I can restart lessons ...the information was a little unclear re swim schools and I am seeking clarification ..... we’re almost there ..... take care and hopefully see you all soon .. 09.01.2022 EXCITING news Stage 2 has been bought forward so I will commence swimming lessons back next week starting TUESDAY 9 JUNE.... and the term will go for 4 weeks .... the pool is ready ... I have my Covid plan in place and I can’t wait to see you all ...... please remember that the shower and change room is still unavailable ... only 1 carer per child .... and please do not attend if you are feeling unwell .... any questions please PM or txt me on 0407550758

06.01.2022 Hi ... hope everyone had a great day for Mother’s Day ...I have been advised that it will take about 48 hours for a response to my email so watch this space

04.01.2022 I am still waiting for a reply from Business Tasmania re the guidelines we need to follow to operate our classes however in the interim I am going heat the pool back up and open up for private hire for famimies or a maximum of 2 non family swimmers ..... the pool will be available for hire from Monday 25 May .... the guidelines that I need to folllow here are that the shower and change room are not available for use but the toilet will be .... I will also clean thoroughly af...ter each booking .... cost will be as before $3 per adult and $2 per child per half hour ... payment is cash only ...... if you are interested in making a booking please PM .... As for swimming lessons the plan is to start up on Monday 15 June .... pending notification as to what the requirements are ..... I would appreciate it if you could contact me via messenger your intention as to if you are happy to come back on that date or wait til term 3 .... If my classes can go ahead on 15 June I will operate for 4 weeks which will include the 1st week of the July School Holidays then take 1 week off and hopefully term 3 will be as normal.... I am hoping the classes will remain as they were when we finished in term 1 but if you require a change please let me know .... once again if you could contact me via messenger to let me know your intentions it would be greatly appreciated Love having a plan in place and light at the end of the tunnel Frances

02.01.2022 Hi everyone just wanting to keep you updated with the situation and the reason why I am able to continue to run my swim school .... with the latest update re COVID 19 and indoor gatherings .. settings like pools are NOT required to close at this point providing they meet the requirements for social distancing and hand hygiene ..... I have available for use hand sanitiser and hospital grade alcohol wipes ... I have rearranged the chairs so that they are not near each other a...nd as my classes are not exceeding 4 at the moment the distance of 1.5 can be easily maintained .... and remember the virus does not survive in chlorine .... so as swimming is possibly one of the few activities that your child can continue to do please consider all of the above before deciding whether or not your child should attend ....but only if they are healthy ..... these are tough times for us all and would like to thank you all for your continued support ..... regards Frances See more

01.01.2022 Hi everyone .... hope everyone survived the cold stormy conditions last night ...... unfortunately my pool heat pump didn’t .... it mysteriously turned off through the night and the pool is to cold for lessons today ...... tomorrow’s classes will go ahead as normal as it will have had enough time to get back to it’s toastie 32 degrees stay warm .....
