01.01.2022 N A I L S I thought I would document the next time I gave myself a full set. So here it is! Ive been reading a few blogs over the last few months that talk about the importance of pinching tools when using acrylic for nails. They describe it as reinforcing the nails making them super strong and durable as apposed to not. (Of course there is a right way and wrong way to do this to avoid causing any damage to the natural nail plate) *Always educate yourself well before us...ing any new equipment. I had been a nail biter for a very long time so my nails are weak and short, so I always hand file and use top quality products. As you can see in the top left picture, I have adhered tips to my nails. In the top right picture, is the use of the pinching tool, I would apply acrylic to one nail, then pinch, then move on to the next nail and repeat to process. In the bottom left picture, is the difference between a pinched nail (middle finger) and not (index finger) As you can you see its given the nail that C Curve required to give the nail its strength. Lastly, the photo on the bottom right is my completed hand, finished with CND Solar Oil.
