19.01.2022 The Physio-Control LIFEPAK 15 Defib & Monitor is one of the most popular products in our Cardiology / Emergency portfolio. 19.01.2022 Today Stark Medical is celebrating our 3rd birthday with a couple of flashbacks to the early days, getting the company off the ground. 1 -Coding the first website in the sunroom next to a pallet of stock. 2 - The move to the double garage at the 6 month mark. 3 - Day 1 at our empty Frenchs Forest warehouse in October 2018 which is now completely full. 4 - Our first sign being installed (December 2018). Many thanks to our team, working together to 'empower the healers' across Australia, and many thanks to more than 3000 customers who have supported products and our vision to build something great at starkmed.com.au

18.01.2022 Mr Saeid Nikdel (left), Management Systems Auditor from SAI Global Assurance conducted an audit of our Quality Management System, designed in accordance with the ISO 9001 International Standard. 13.01.2022 When we started the company 3 years ago, the ISO 9001 International Quality Management System (QMS) was very high on our to do list. A massive THANK YOU to Mr Greg Szabo (Operations Manager) for helping our company achieve this goal. "We believe quality is a bond between our company and our customers. We are going to deliver our best products and services to empower health professionals to help and heal their patients." 12.01.2022 As a follow-up to Tuesdays post on product training here is another snapshot from the practical session on Stress ECG. We have officially launched our NEW Cardioline Cubestress ECG system which is simply next level! This system is integrated with either a Ergoline ergometer (pictured) or a Trackmaster 428 treadmill. Naomi is measuring the patient's Blood Pressure using a Erkameter 125 Pro automatic BP device. Victor eats lost of Broccoli and exercises everyday which could explain his magnificent BP, 120/75, well done!

12.01.2022 "René Laennec was a French physician and musician. His skill of carving his own wooden flutes led him to invent the stethoscope in 1816" (Wiki). This week we have released a single use protective film to help protect patients from cross contamination and eliminate another source of Healthcare-associated infections (HCAI) via one of the most prolific devices in the hospital. "It has long been known that the diaphragms and bells of stethoscopes randomly sampled in a health care setting, such as a hospital, are almost universally contaminated by potential nosocomial pathogens." 11.01.2022 This is Mr Ian Langley from Pegasus who takes care of our Sydney W&H-Med Autoclave installation and validation. He is cuddling up to LINA, an office based B-Class autoclave with a really powerful vacuum phase, capable of of sterilising both Hollow-A and Hollow-B instruments. LINA was installed in a dermatology clinic together with a Reverse osmosis system which allows for automatic filling of really purified water. The better the water the better the steam, just ask your local barista!
