22.01.2022 Well that’s a wrap on five fabulous days of pure entertainment and fun. Starlight Festival of Dance has had the pleasure of supporting over 40 dance studios and their students. Studios coming from up north and from down south. I would like to thank all those that volunteered and helped out, all the teachers that put the great routines together, the parents for such beautiful costumes and bringing the children to compete. And of course all the dance students who got out there... and worked their little buts off,put on their most happiest smiles and danced their little feet off. So here I go with my thank you’s To our adjudicator Julie Moore so encouraging but also giving the students things to work on. Our scribe Rhonda Boeyen for the hours of writing. Our backstage managers Bridget Turner, Kelly Munday and Rhianna Horton great work in organising that side of things. Front of house. 07.01.2022 I have just spoke to Cody regarding photo USB,he has stated that all have now been sent out and you should receive them any day now. I would like to apologise to any one who is still waiting for their photos and to all those who have messaged me telling me how bad their photos are. This company was a spare of the moment the day before we were due to start and I hadn’t seen their work. We will have Dancevision back with us next year as long as borders are open.... Again I’m really sorry fir any stress this has caused anyone. See more
