10.01.2022 Dear customers, The Starlight Team is thrilled to announce our reopening on the 1st of June 2020! After a 3-month long hiatus, we are so happy to be reopening again and are extremely grateful for your understanding and cooperation. We hope you and your families have all been well during these difficult times. While we are not in the clear as of yet, we hope to bring back some normalcy and provide the best time and experience we can again for our customers. ... To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we will be incorporating a 45-minute separation between each booking. If there is more than one customer present, we will make sure that social distancing is respected among customers and hand sanitising is a must before we can provide our services. Also, we will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour towards the staff and other customers. You are more than welcome to bring your own face mask if you feel more comfortable doing so. The staff will also be wearing face masks. Walk-ins and bookings are all welcome. For your assurance, we have a strict policy of sanitising and cleaning our workstations, equipment and tools and this process is repeated throughout the day and after each customer. 05.01.2022 Important notice to our customers During our hiatus, our phone-line was left unattended and we apologise for not being able to answer those that had tried to contact us via call or text. However, we have updated our system in order to make this process more efficient. Since we have a small team, it is difficult to answer all of our customer's phone calls during busy times. Therefore, we highly recommend that any enquiries and bookings should be done via phone texting or... Facebook. We have decided to incorporate this change so that we can best serve the customer and improve their overall experience. With that said, we greatly appreciate every customer's efforts to have contacted us so far.
