23.01.2022 Get ready to put your dancing shoes on! Cancer Council is excited to announce that STARS of the North will be back in 2020. Now in our 5th year, STARS of the North has raised over $420,000 , with 2020 to be its biggest year yet. Want to give back to your community? Cancer Council wants YOU to be part of its STARS of the North event to Dance for Cancer. 07.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Given the high risk to public health currently posed by COVID-19, we have made the decision to postpone Stars of the North - Dance for Cancer which was to be held in June 2020. Nothing is more important to us than the health of our supporters your safety must come first. After taking advice from leading health professionals and knowing that many who attend our events are in a higher risk group, we’re confident that this decision is in the best interes...ts of everyone involved, as well as the wider NSW community. We are so grateful for your continued support and understanding, and we apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this decision may cause. Our local teams will work closely with our Stars and Dancers to confirm a date for the event later in the year, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this.
