25.01.2022 We're kicking off our 30 Day Winter Warmer Challenge tomorrow! Consider this your wake up call to: - Get to the gym 4-5 times a week... - Ditch some bad habits that have snuck up during the colder months - Switch up the mindset of "i'll go tomorrow" to "I'm going tomorrow AS WELL!!!!" - Quit making excuses (the weather is not an excuse) - Preparing your meals again - Get pumped up and motivated again! We also welcome back some familiar faces to the gym which is AWESOME!
