As per guidelines we will still be performing out outdoor training with extra precautions in place to protect all our members. All members will need to bring their own training mats to every session and we will not be sharing equipment. ... We will focus on social distancing and training at safe distances between members during our sessions. We will also still be having lots of fun and keeping healthy with our workouts!
