14.01.2022 We would like to take the time to truely thank Gai O’Dwyer for conducting our Marriage Service. From the moment we first met to discuss our wishes it was clear that Gai was truely different, and everything we wanted . She really cared about making sure she understood what we were like as a couple and asked us lots of questions to find out all about our love story and what made our relationship so special. We wanted a wedding that truely represented us as a couple, and as we... were having an intimate wedding ceremony with just our nearest and dearest we also wanted to give our guests the chance to feel like they were included in the ceremony as much as possible. She gave us lots of suggestion on how we could incorporate special touches that make the ceremony unique to us and together we built the perfect structure that suited us. After what seemed like half an hour, but was shockingly close to two hours of effortless chatting (while she was taking down some notes) we parted ways feeling very excited and also at ease. On the day, Gai far exceeded our expectations. As a professional speaker, she had memorised all of the details we had given to her on our initial meeting and was able to confidently deliver our beautiful love story to all of our guests including how we met and what we truely loved and appreciated about one another without having to glance at any notes. This had all of our guests raving about how impressive it was, and what a special personal touch it added to the ceremony. 11.01.2022 Brings me tremendous joy to write this post. Pictured here are fourteen outstanding young Women who yesterday won the NSW State Cup . However it’s what they did off the field that’s really impressive . Four weeks ago I flew to Sydney and spent the afternoon With the Girls and their Coaches. The team was experiencing significant Culture disfunction . The afternoon was spent firstly identifying the disfunction , accepting the disfunction and working towards building strong o...rganisational culture . A confronting afternoon where the Girls identified their part they may have contributed to this disfunction . We then worked towards greater functionality identifying their roles , their responsibilities to move forward . Every player had a chance to be seen , to be heard , in a safe environment, allowing the healing to take place . The Girls did a fantastic job along with their Coaches to put the hours in , with greater levels of Social Emotional Intelligence over the past four weeks ., All 14 Girls have exceptional physical talent . Once the alignment of mind and body deepened day by day week by week , the Girls found their flow. Over the three day State Cup the Girls dominated . They won an OUTSTANDING 11 out of 12 Games winning the . Absolutely beautiful to watch and witness the power of our Mindset . Congratulations Girls Thank You for inspiring me to keep discovering , seeking , searching , what’s truly possible . You dug deep , you stepped up with no excuses.
