24.01.2022 Shepparton has a great network of paths to explore on foot or by bike/scooter. We love exploring them without needing to cross roads many roads.

24.01.2022 It has been a while since i popped on FB to say "hi"....way overdue! 2020 has not panned out how any of us predicted but it has allowed time for reflection and re-prioritising. Welcome to those who have recently begun following my FB page -I'm Kim, owner of Start Outdoors. In the past two weeks I have been able to resume Sporting Schools coaching, and I thank Merrigum and Lancaster Primary Schools for welcoming back. It's been great to re-connect with your students. As yet I ...have not recommenced my pre-school programs. I have been waiting for the COVID situation to settle a little more. If there is enough interest I will offer a six-week program to end the term around my existing school commitments. I will publish more details about this during the week. Please send me an inbox message with your email address if you wish to be the first to hear the details (families who attended programs in term 1 will automatically receive this email too). 2021 will bring new challenges, more change.... but more on that later!

15.01.2022 This morning I had a wonderful walk up Mount Wombat in Strathbogie. There was plenty of bird life and this is a great walk for the warmer days as majority of the track is well shaded until you get close to the summit. I hope you've been able to enjoy some time outdoors this weekend too. --- Thank you to those families that have made contact with me regarding the pre-school movement classes. I have made the decision not to resume classes in 2020 -this is mostly a time factor ...between existing commitments. I will create a mailing list with families who attended classes in term one and those who have recently forwarded their contact details and expressed interest in classes. As soon as details of 2021 programs are available you'll be the first to know. Thank you for your ongoing support.
