The full-time role will be split between the office manager’s position for the main freight sector as well as customer service & sales for the brick & paving centre. You will be responsible for: -Day-to-day running of the office -Provision of administrative support to the owner & Perth depos -Staff management -Customer service -Accounts payable & receivable -Payroll & associated duties -BAS -Production of financial reports -Assisting clients with the purchase of Bricks & pavers -other adhoc duties as requested. Applicants must have: *Experience with QuickBooks and be proficient in processing pays, superannuation, state payroll tax, AP/AR duties and preparing the BAS. *Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills. *Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. *A positive disposition and can do attitude.
