20.01.2022 Super Impressed. Worth a BIG Shout Out. Yesterday the national awards for GovHackk announced their shortlisting for the awards night (held in November). And the two #Rocky teams who submitted into the national awards were shortlisted. This means all 5 teams from this year’s GovHack here in the #Rocky held in the SmartHub Rockhampton have been shortlisted. The shortlisting for the QLD awards occurred 2 weeks ago with three Rocky teams being shortlisted. So to Robert McKone ...David Arnold & Tobias (Project Insolve - Using AI to predict bankruptcy non-compliance) AND Michael O'Rourke, Jonathon Hoff, Jacob Murray, @Nick Stone, Tom Kenzler, Dylan Walters and Barend Haksd (Project Arc - Using water current data we can predict where plastic rubbish is going to be) a massive applause All these people from #Rockhampton stepped up to participate in a national competition and have done themselves and #Rocky proud and to have their creations shortlisted is a great achievement. You can view the short explanation videos from both national awards here: Project Arc - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1X4PyqYXdn4 Project Insolve - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P42tAZbepyk You can view the short explanation videos from both QLD awards here Smart Ways to live Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=emafNVHEc3c Markdown Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPm4s3XVKHw Litte Rubbish Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teG3WgC7yHU Thanks to sponsors and supporters CQUniversity Australia, Rockhampton Regional Council SmartHub Rockhampton Livingstone Shire Council Advance Queensland #GovHack #OpenData
