23.01.2022 Happy World Gratitude Day!! It's definitely been a challenging year but there is still much to be grateful for however big or small. What are you grateful for? Tell us in the comments.

23.01.2022 Are you ready to sparkle this year?

18.01.2022 Here’s my list of books I want to read in 2021. Which ones have you read? What’s on your list?

18.01.2022 Funny story for you...when I was in high school I really sucked at sport, hated it with a passion. So when the school cross country carnival came up, I told my parents. I remember them laughing and saying I wouldn’t even make it the whole way. So they next day I ran the race, all 7.8kms of it and passed the finish line as the first girl through...even beating the girl who was always sports woman of the year. I don’t know what happened or how it happened but I know it felt easy. I always live by this quote now. Do what they said you couldn’t inspires me to achieve things that some think are even impossible

17.01.2022 Perth mums Alisa Latto and Danni Crews, couldn’t find the natural, non-toxic products they wanted for their children so they decided to make their own and their business 123 Nourish Me was born.

14.01.2022 Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being". The word refers to having a direction or purpose in life, one that makes our life worthwhile, and where we take spontaneous and willing actions giving us satisfaction and a sense of meaning to life. So what’s your reason for being?

13.01.2022 My word for the year is focus. I have so much going on and suffer badly from shiny ball syndrome so getting really clear on what is going to move me forward towards my goals is very important. I also need to remind myself to just keep it simple. Do you have a word for 2021?

13.01.2022 I’ve been slowly stepping into the year, taking an opportunity to think about my goals and plans for the year as well as getting outdoors and enjoying school holidays with my daughter. Do you find unplugging invigorates you?

12.01.2022 Congratulations Jane Cay, founder of online fashion retail business Birdsnest, the inaugural Bush Telegraph Award recipient. Jane, a fellow mum, demonstrates that location is no barrier to growing a successful business

10.01.2022 Another awesome catchup with the lovely business mums from South West Sydney. Thanks Carlene from South West Sydney Virtual Assistant for organising :-)

03.01.2022 New year, new opportunities. Who is ready to kick some goals this year?
