03.01.2022 Ok so I’ve been quiet with my activity lately and really it’s because a lot of my time has been staring at the ceiling... literally! I am currently involved in a rehabilitation program to resolve issues I have been having in my neck and back which includes lying on this block for 20mins a day along with a heap of other exercises to do! Funnily enough I actually enjoy this time of the day because it is forcing me to stop, to go inwards, to concentrate on my breathe and to heal my body. I have listened to podcasts, meditated or just closed my eyes and listened to the noises around me. There is no right or wrong thing to do just as long as I do it! I’ll keep you posted with how things go but so far two weeks in things are going well!
