18.01.2022 We have been working on some prototypes for a carbon fibre sprung bogie. The train is given a suspension effect via the springs mounted on either side. The challenge was to achieve the deep cavity socket and satisfy the budget. Customer is pleased with the outcome.

02.01.2022 These are a die and guide we have manufactured from 420 stainless steel for a major client. The internal slot is only 1.5mm wide. These tools are used in extrusion applications when odd shaped fibre optic and strength members need to be over jacketed in one operation.
