25.01.2022 Did you know that 2020 marks our 90th anniversary? Since we are unable to celebrate properly this year, we’ve created this short animation in honour of all those that have gone before us in building this fabulous organisation over the past 90 years. We hope you love it as much as we do.

24.01.2022 Thank you to EducationHQ for sharing our recent initiative to assist disadvantaged senior students as they continue their studies at home in their final year of school. As schools continue the roll out of a distance education model, the demand for uniforms and shoes has dramatically reduced which has provided State Schools' Relief with the opportunity to redirect funds into assisting families who are unable to afford the cost of a device and internet connectivity, with fina...ncially disadvantaged Year 12 students being prioritised first. As such we are providing laptops and internet connectivity to VCE students who currently don't have access to these educational tools, critical to their continued studies. Teachers of at-risk students are encouraged to apply for this assistance via the State Schools Relief website. https://educationhq.com//such-a-precarious-time-vic-org-p/

17.01.2022 Help us create ‘Change for Change’ with a new fundraising initiative! In the 2019/20 financial year we provided over 70,500 Victorian students with brand new uniforms, school shoes and other essential educational items such as laptops, internet dongles, STEM calculators and stationery packs. To ensure that we can continue supporting these kids as we navigate our way to a COVID-normal, we’ve partnered with My Charity Change. ... My Charity Change links to your bank/credit card and rounds up the extra few cents from your day-to-day transactions and donates this ‘change’ to an organisation of your choice. Please sign up today and help us provide Victorian kids with all the opportunities they deserve to fully participate in their education. For more information, see our website: https://stateschoolsrelief.org.au/support-us/
