22.01.2022 STATESMAN WINDOWS SHOWROOM OPENING TIMES Our priority is customer/visitor safety and the wellbeing of our staff and clients. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and our operational requirements our showroom at 879 Port Road Cheltenham is closed until 3rd May 2020.... This decision was not made lightly and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to our clients and potential customers. Statesman Windows showroom will be open again for business on 4th May 2020. To keep all persons safe in our showroom we will be introducing social distancing and hygiene practices. These rules will be implemented by: Hand sanitiser to be used by all persons on entering the showroom Line marking visible line marking will be in place around our displays (1.5m) Social distancing line marking will be in place 1.5m from the front desk reception Front door will be open and the only point of access We all have a duty of care to keep ourselves and others safe from contracting/transmitting COVID-19 when we are out in public. Statesman Windows reminds everyone that we are all in this together and must work as a united team to manage our social distancing practices, stay at home if you’re unwell and seek medical advice if we are suffering/displaying cold or flu like symptoms.

15.01.2022 Because of the two days we lost in production last Thursday and Friday, due to the COVID lockdown here in SA, most customers can expect a two day delay in deliveries. We understand this is frustrating, but as we were all bound by the same restrictions, we are all in the same predicament. We are currently scrambling to get production back up and running again to provide you with that same great service you have come to trust from us.

08.01.2022 Statesman Windows have introduced an interim protocol for persons who enter our premises or wish to review our products in the showroom. The following rules are in place to ensure that everyone (including our staff) follow the social distancing practices recommended by the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government. In addition to social distancing we ask that all persons on entry to our premises utilise the hand sanitiser which is located near the entrance d...oor. Interim protocols: * Hand sanitiser to be used by all persons on entering the showroom (you may also use when leaving) * When moving around our display room please adhere to the visible line markings on the floor (one person at a time in each area) * When attending to reception or meeting with one or our sales specialists please adhere to the line marking tape ensuring you are 1.5m (approximately 2 arm lengths) apart at all times * Children must remain with a parent at all times and are not permitted to walk around the showroom on their own To keep contact to a minimum we are restricting numbers in our showroom to 5 customers at a time (management may increase this in certain circumstances) We all have a duty of care to keep ourselves and others safe from contracting or transmitting COVID-19 when we are out in public.
