24.01.2022 A burst pipe which occurred from the bathroom vanity had stained the carpets on the second level of this property. Due to the pro-longed circumstance, our Restorers removed and disposed of the non-restorable carpet and underlay. DURING + AFTER PHOTO

23.01.2022 Black mould had spread throughout the garage walls and ceiling. Black mould is almost exclusively caused by condensation. Walls and ceiling were cut out for this make-safe and air scrubbers were installed for 3 days. BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTO

16.01.2022 Pro-longed rainfall had caused water to enter through the roof, continuing past the ceiling, into the sun-room causing significant damages to the timber floating floor below. BEFORE AND AFTER REMOVAL

16.01.2022 Contaminated storm water had entered the property. Mould was present on the timber framing. Mould Remediation was performed after our restorers removed and disposed of affected wall lining.

02.01.2022 Before, during and after kitchen removal. Severe mould was detected within the kitchen cabinetry and behind on the wall linings. Firstly, our restorers remediated kitchen contents within a containment area which was set up outside on the property. The containment area was installed with a HEPA Filtered Negative Air machine. This process was followed by packing of the contents items into boxes and storing them whilst ongoing works are being completed. ... Builders then followed this process of removing the kitchen, restorers removed the mould affected wall linings and we are now ready to complete a full remediation of this property.
