10.01.2022 What do you see when you look at your business? Do you see the past performance and profitability of do you see an image of your vision. This photo was taken in Seattle (of the space needle) It prompted me to look at my business from the perspective of it being a reflection of my vision for that business. While it is not a clear image of where I want to be, there is enough detail for me to be able to paint a picture of the vision to my team.... While it is not the same size at the actual business, there is both depth and clarity, that will allow the realised vision to be bigger than the initial vision. The reflection expresses the reality and clarity of my thinking. If your vision can’t be explained in some detail, how can it be clear to those who will be carrying it with us? Success is critically related to vision. Have you given your vision a workout recently?
