23.01.2022 For those of you coming to kettlebell/cardio fusion tonight at 6pm I recommend bring water, a hat and sunnies and I'll have sunscreen if you're that way inclined...at 6pm at night! There are two spots left if anyone hasn't booked yet. Looking forward to seeing you soon! - Liza
