17.01.2022 Hi all. Seems that VicRoads have opened up for new test bookings starting 6th October. If u r keen to get a booking feel free to call me on 0432540772 to check availability etc. Almost back to normal, Cheers, Craig

15.01.2022 Hi again. I'm putting in a link for the VicRoads Exemption form if any of my patient customers are becoming a little impatient due to the ongoing delays, caused by....well, you know what it's all caused by. If you are accepted for an exemption and a driving test is booked I am happy to give lessons to suit and prepare you for the test, as well as do the Drive Test with you if required.... Link is https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/l/priority-test-application The DHHS website is suggesting that driving lessons are permitted under Stage 3 Restrictions if they are with a person who lives with the learner, or are taken with a Driving Instructor. This suggests that it's not illegal or impossible to still learn to drive at the moment. I think as we are in an enclosed environment and completely unable to socially distance that it is still responsible to not give essential lessons (for exemption tests). Feel free to call and discuss this. Dark times at the moment, so to lighten it up a bit please enjoy the most recent photo taken of me at work Stay Safe Cheers Craig

It was a... pleasure playing a small part in success Drive safely Cheers, Craig. (PS, Rockin' the masks guys, so 2020) See more

07.01.2022 And here we go again. Stage 3 lockdown in regional Victoria again sees all VicRoads testing postponed until further notice. 2020 just keeps on keeping on! I believe this is being done for the best and hopefully it allows us to get back to some form of normality in the near future. During the lockdown I will not be giving lessons due to the inability to socially distance in the close confines of a car. I hope you all understand that this is my small part in trying to be part o...f the solution, and not part of the problem. Should anyone be lucky and get special dispensation to do their test during the lockdown then I am happy to diiscuss and give lessons if needed. Otherwise it's back to the couch, watching crappy tv, becoming a world authority on very unimportant subjects (thanks Foxtel) and cleaning the house to the delightful sounds of 80's goth music. Stay safe and well through all this 'stuff' See you on the other side Cheers, Craig See more

07.01.2022 Big, big week of tests for those lucky enough to have been granted and exemption. Seven young drivers went in and achieved their goal of passing their driving test with just a little help from Stay Safe. A massive thanks should go out to the long suffering friends and family who were instrumental in their success. Demand gifts! Congratulations to Emily Partington, Sushil Pandey, Keels Irwin, Sarah Vorstenbosch, Mia Wachter (sorry your photo isn't here Mia, I told u I was a r...otten photographer who didn't press the button, oops), Jade Klaver and Luka Brown. All of you did a fantastic job in pulling it all together on test day. It's not always fun, or easy, but you did it. It was a pleasure to have played a small part in your success Drive safely and enjoy the freedom Cheers Craig. PS, I seem to have lost all tagging ability with this new, user unfriendly Facebook format, so if u r reading this it is possibly a miracle haha See more

06.01.2022 Weeks going by far too quickly, but I guess that means the end of 2020 is a bit closer haha. This week we managed to assist 4 young people to get their licences. All of them did a fantastic job and managed to get some positivity out of a year that has been a little less than great. Congratulations to Poppy Ball, Connor Brugger, Evan Clyne and Holly Maree Armstrong. Apologies to those I can't tag. I'm old A huge thanks to the long suffering family and friends who made this all... possible. Drive safely and enjoy the freedom Cheers Craig See more

04.01.2022 Ok, so restrictions are being relaxed, now we just need VicRoads to make a decision on when those with postponed test bookings are offered, and then when new booking for the tests will begin. I believe VicRoads management are meeting today and that this matter will be front and centre so hopefully within a short (ish) period we will know, and be able to get those much waited for licences. Encouragingly VicRoads have used the few moths just gone to employ and train up 3 more ...testing officers and the aim is to get up to 5 tests being done at once (it was 2 until Covid popped up). What's even better is that the new employees, just like the other testing officers, are all really nice and supportive and wanting us to pass the test. They are on our side. Let's hope that we can look back on 2020 as an inconvenience (driving wise at least) and we can all drive on into the future. Hopefully talk soon to those waiting patiently (??). Cheers, Craig. 04.01.2022 Love a short week. Still managed to squeeze in 5 more successful licence tests. 5 outta 5. Take that! Congratulations to Cody Reed, Komla Djeko, Andrea Rowberry, Jack Ozturk (manual conversion, and easily done boy) and Will Murrell. Fantastic efforts, every single one of you. Thanks to the long suffering friends and famiy who have played a major major role in their success A huge sarcastic thanks to Facebook for making tagging people harder than I find it to grow hair!... Enjoy the freedom people Good luck and Cheers, Craig See more

04.01.2022 https://www.thecourier.com.au//get-set-driving-tests-set/ Hi everybody. The Courier is reporting that driving tests etc are getting back to normal. I have added a link if you wish to read it. Anyone with a postponed test will be offered priority booking and will be contacted by VicRoads to rebook an appointment. If you are contacted I would suggest taking a booking that best suits you and if you are planning on using me for lessons and the test, then contact me and we can... make suitable arrangements Once the priorities have been offered it would seem new bookings will become available. Anybody wishing to recommence driving lessons can call me on 0432540772 to arrange Almost back to normal Have a great day Cheers, Craig. See more

02.01.2022 Wild weather, wild week and wild wild world. 2020 just keeps on giving. Congratulations and good luck go out to Daniel Mavity, Mitch Smith, Lauren Micallef and Bailey Wilson. Great job guys. 01.01.2022 Again, hello from the luxury of my lockdown. Seems that VicRoads are still honouring their commitment to those offered an exemption for their tests. If any of you have been granted an exemption it may be worth contacting VicRoads and confirming that this is the case. I am more than happy to assist with lessons and tests as normal if your test is still going ahead thru lockdown This just gets more confusing as the day goes on Cheers, Craig
