First we... will be having a youth session at the skate park, free snags, tunes and a chat from 4pm, then on into the main event! The aim of the ‘2 Blokes and a Black Dog’ Comedy Road-tour is a shout out to our small communities impacted by drought; An opportunity to empower, support and connect our communities over a night of moving stories with a few laughs along the way. Dinner will be available for purchase from 6:30pm and is optional, join us before launching into an incredible evening presented by Mentally Fit EP. We will be kicking off the night at 7:30pm, followed by a local guest speaker sharing about their life through the eyes of lived experience. Mary O'Brien from organisation ' Are you bogged mate?' which recently went viral on ABC Landline will be sharing an awesome message on looking after your mental wellness followed by some laughs with Adelaide Comedian Marc Ryan The Beautiful Bogan! The evening will be filled with messages of hope and inspiration, as well as prevention and resilience through connection in the face of adversity. 13.01.2022 Looking for an adventure? Run Larapinta has opened 2 dates for 2021 after missing 2020. This is still one of the best running adventures I’ve ever experienced! The scenery in MacDonnell ranges is something else! ... I’d recommend this is anyone & any level of fitness!

12.01.2022 One of the easiest ways to lose motivation is when we feel uncomfortable, when something is hard! Something I remind myself of in all areas of my life from training, health & fitness, work & life in general... if it is new or never been done before IT IS MEANT TO BE HARD! That is how we grow! HAPPY FRIDAY

12.01.2022 Every runner has a reason. What’s your reason to run? I’ve had many different reasons over the years & something I think it so important is to go with the times & change. We lose motivation when we aim for that same reason 4 years ago but our heart doesn’t feel that anymore! A few of my reasons have been to get fit & lose weight, run to escape life & pain after Simone died, to feel pain, to achieve, to run faster & longer because I thrived on results & to challenge myself... on whats next, to meditate & relax (my style of meditation to switch off). So many different reasons for different times in my life! It also becomes a habit after awhile & something you just can’t live without! But through all the stages, one reason I loved & became addicted to it was the view, the sunrises & sunsets, the fresh air, the feeling of freedom to be out there on my own & the adventure of where I can go! That has always been there in my heart & it is a feeling that still lifts my heart & soul up every time! I guess that’s why I don’t have a treadmill! I could be out there running a PB but if the view is this good, I’m definitely stopping to enjoy it. My running track this morning - 12km with a gradual build up over the last half! Still training for 100km, although the race I had planned for in Vico in Sept isn’t happening. Second option was to run the Heysen 105, but I missed registration. Apparently everyone is stuck in the state and can’t travel so everyone registered for the one event that is happening & I wasn’t smart enough to consider this! But I’m on the wait list! What will be will be!

10.01.2022 Imagine what you could accomplish if you fully committed. my thoughts when I committed to training for the Surf Coast Century 100km & one thing I sacrificed was alcohol. Now, I don’t want to sound like a piss head but I’m 4 weeks sober! Today they made the call to cancel the event with everything going on in Vico. My back up plan had been to head back to Alice Springs for Run Larapinta, but that has been cancelled also. So, Monday night bender it is! ... Nah I’m kidding. Next stop... Heysen 105. What’s another 5km on top of 100 Bring it on!

03.01.2022 Hi guys! It’s Hannah & James behind the scenes at The Bulk Food Shack. We are open tomorrow at 45 Marino Avenue in Port Lincoln at our little Shack. Hours thi...s week are 9-5 mon-Thursday (Friday Closed for a wedding) But I’ll open Saturday 10-2pm instead. Normal trading hours the week after (mon-fri 9-5) This beautiful sale today of @pip_smux was completely plastic free using all her own reusable containers & jars! How good is that! She also picked up plastic free/natural tooth tabs, plastic free shampoo & conditioner and the most amazing @vivalabody body moisturiser. Please remember to BYO containers/jars etc otherwise we have paper bags and free glass jars to use. Please be mindful of covid rules and limits in our space but come on in and see what we’ve got! One of the most important things we wanted to achieve was offering plastic free whole foods at an affordable price, because we want to reduce plastic in our community first and foremost! We have also chosen lots of Australian products and local South Australian products that are divine! You’ll find Han in the shop but you’ll see James working out in the front yard turning it into something in the next coming months. 01.01.2022 GROUP FITNESS - STAY FITNESS These two have been coming to my fitness class with their Mums since they were tiny little babies! Only a few more sessions left before they head off to school. I will miss them ... This is my longest running class & moments like this reminds me how much I’ve loved the journey! Thanks ladies for always showing up, my Mondays are not the same without you & I am so grateful that you all love what I love to do!
