17.01.2022 This is a difficult year for everyone with the Covid 19 isolation time which meant many months off tge mats and very little real training. John Will has decided to cancel this tornament. A very wise choice indeed. We are doing very well as far as the world wide death toll. We are still not out of the woods yet with many gyms still not back to full operations. The corona virus is still about so we must adhere to the mandatory guidelines set out by our Health experts. Please be patient as i have always written in our posts. We will be up and running when we are allowed. Regards David and Jacqui
17.01.2022 Happy 2021, Sydney

12.01.2022 As we start to get back out there, it’s up to all of us to stay COVID free and do the 3. 1: wash your hands as often as possible. 2: keep your distance where yo...u can. 3: join millions of Aussies helping our health workers by having the COVIDSafe app. And if you’re feeling sick, with cold or flu-like symptoms, stay at home and speak to your doctor about getting tested. Together, we can reduce the risk of a second wave. health.gov.au
11.01.2022 Amid the crazy times we are still facing we are very pleased to announce that we will be entering the Camden Wollondilly Business Awards 2020. BargoF...itness Centre proudly won this great Award way back in 2009. I guess it is vital to remain part of the Community by continuing to be a strong leader in Fitness and Martial Arts. Vote for us. Along your journey both David and I wish you health and happiness. See more

02.01.2022 This week more students will be returning to schools across NSW. That means our children are counting on us to watch out for them when they’re travelling to sch...ool. So please, remain vigilant at all times and remember: - Slow down to 40km/h in school zones - Be aware of increased congestion. Park legally, using designated drop off and pick up areas. - Look out for families and children walking or riding to school - Always give way to pedestrians and watch out for school crossing supervisors - When lights flash on the back of buses motorists must slow down to 40km/h #ContinueTowardsZero See more
