24.01.2022 POON CHOI remains a popular Cantonese dish that is eaten to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The STEAMKING POON CHOI includes rich ingredients ranging from abalone, shark fin, fish maw, prawn, dried mushroom, dried scallop, squid, duck, BBQ pork, dried shrimp, bean curd to Chinese white radish. Dry ingredients, such as the seafood, is placed on the top whilst ingredients that absorb sauce well are assigned to the bottom of the basin. This allows the sauces to not o...nly flow down but be soaked up, creating an overall rich and flavourful dish.
