Therefore, Steels Creek Tennis Club must close for play until further notice.

07.01.2022 The Steels Creek Tennis Club Committee has met and reviewed the guidelines of the Victorian Government, Tennis Victoria and Yarra Ranges Council as it pertains to tennis at our facility as of 17 May 2020. With some restrictions, play may resume at the courts. The Committee has set the following requirements for play on the courts: *Gatherings of no more than 10 for: o Singles or doubles o Small group coaching *Social distancing must be practised at all times (at least 1....5 metres apart) *We must keep a record of everyone who enters the venue o Name o Phone number o Date and time of attendance *Stay home if you are feeling unwell *No socialising or group meals *Bring all your own equipment, including racquets, balls, drink containers and hand sanitizer *Adhere to strict hygiene practices, including using hand sanitizer before and after play, cover your mouth when coughing, and cleaning surfaces you touch (such as padlocks, gates, etc.) *There should be no shaking of hands, fist bumps or high fives *The clubrooms (including toilets) must remain closed to use until we can assure Council that we are meeting their hygiene protocols (which they are expected to provide to us in the coming days). *Arrive and leave as close to you playing times as possible. *Consider that the parent/guardian of younger children may want to have line of sight of activity, in line with the Victorian Childsafe Standards. *Only members may reserve courts; players need not be members. *Reserving of courts must be made through the Secretary at [email protected]. *The court booking/attendance form must be completed prior to use and emailed to the Secretary (by scan, photo or PDF). If any change after play, please send an updated form. We will review how this is going and may make changes as we feel, or the governments advise, are necessary If any questions, contact Graham Lloyd or Mark Newell Booking form at: http://steelscreek.vic.au//upl/2020/05/SCTCbookingform.pdf
