23.01.2022 Have you sent a client a contract, only to get it back with amendments? I was chatting to a coaching client Zack and he recently sent a website proposal out, well priced in his core offer superpower. Brilliant. What happened next was completely left field. Zach’s contract states: ... The remaining balance is due before the Website is launched. Once payment is received, the Website will be transferred from the staging server and launched. And the client requested the contract to be changed to: The remaining balance is due three days after the Website is launched and functioning properly. Zach really wanted the gig, and was almost willing to just make the change and get this one signed off. BUT! Hey wait a minute - whos business is this? Your terms are your terms. And nobody gets to run a red marker through your contract and make changes. Zach declined and stuck to his guns. Have you come across this before? What did you do? The sooner we respect our rules of the game and our business, the sooner we’ll have the business of our dreams.

21.01.2022 Here’s the thing. I hear all the time that ‘the well is dry’ or ‘the niche doesn’t work’. No. You haven’t given it: Enough time.... Your message is for the wrong person in that niche. Enough time. Seriously. Get deep in the niche. To earn your 5,6 or 7 figure business - you don’t need THAT many clients. You just need a bunch. So focus on working with a bunch of clients in your niche.

18.01.2022 Every other biz owner is sitting on the couch right now, waiting for this to all blow over. Those who commit will prosper far more than those who sit on the couch waiting. Expansion and contraction are a choice.... Choose to expand, let others retreat while you get ahead.

15.01.2022 When you niche, you're bound to commit to a single line of business. That means you need to focus your core services on one niche and create a strategy to gain profit. It might narrow your options in business. But once you become the go-to authority figure in your niche, you would surely think by then that niching was the best thing you ever did.

06.01.2022 Take control of your business by making decisions based on data and your core processes, not emotions.
