07.01.2022 LOW UPDATE: A weak tropical low southeast of Darwin is moving steadily west. It is expected to move into waters off the northeast Kimberley during today and int...ensify into a tropical cyclone during Saturday or overnight into Sunday. The low has winds near the centre of 45 km/h with gusts up to 85 km/h. Once over open waters, conditions are generally favourable for the tropical low to develop, and it may reach tropical cyclone intensity during Saturday.
