We are seeking TWO experienced Vineyard Supervisors to assist in the operations at our Granton (Derwent Valley) Stefano Lubiana Wines Pty Ltd and Cradoc (Huon Valley) CCRW Pty Ltd sites. The successful applicant will be passionate, self-motivated with good communication skills, and be capable of working autonomously or in a small team. An understanding of organics/biodynamics is preferred. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, this hands-on r...ole includes vineyard machinery operation, irrigation management and supervision of onsite employees/contractors; as well as carrying out tasks such as pruning, trellis repairs, spraying application and grape harvesting. A driver’s licence and forklift licence is essential and Aus-Chem accreditation is preferred. Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.
