06.01.2022 Was a quiet Christmas Eve at Stella Maris, most of the vessels in port had already sailed, but luckily for the crew of the CSC Peace and the JPO Virgo, they were still in port so they ended up receiving the first of the Christmas Presents from Stella Maris.

03.01.2022 It was a great Sunday night for Stella Maris volunteers and seafarers'. These seafarers' hadn't had an opportunity to attend mass in over 4 months but were elated to attend along with our volunteers at SMC! And a HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all seafarers' spending the day away from their family. Let's keep them in our prayers!

02.01.2022 Stella Maris Melbourne has finally gone hi-tech with its payments. Payments for merchandise, car parking, accommodation etc can now be made onsite using 'Albert' our Commonwealth Bank Card Reading machines, accepting all major credit and debit cards.

01.01.2022 Having a rest and a bite to eat after trekking around the city were the Bergamot boys. All from Philippines and all work on the car carrier Bergamot Ace. We will see you all again in another month or so.
