22.01.2022 This is brilliant! . Bodies are not meant to stay the same! We are supposed to grow and change. We shouldn’t be making people in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s feel like they need to strive to have the body they had in their teens and 20’s. Or making people feel like they need to get their bodies back after children. This mindset is not healthy and change is inevitable! ... Repost via Bodyposipanda So true right? If you are ever feeling low or in a bad mood you can't seem to shake, try doing a bit of exercise, I promise it will make you feel better! ... . Exercise relieves tension and stress, boosts physical and mental energy, and enhances well-being through the release of feel good endorphins. 21.01.2022 This week in "The self love" program our group is focusing on 5 key elements to nurturing physical health and well being so I wanted to share with my beautiful Stellar community what these are; 1. Good nutrition (eating minimal processed foods) 2. Movement (adding in incidental exercise) 3. Sleep (are you getting enough)... 4. Sun (10 mins is all you need for vitamin D intake) 5. Self care (do something small that you love for yourself such as take a bath or read a good book) Think about how you can incorporate all 5 elements into each and every day. Dani xx

19.01.2022 Calling all Mums and fitness professionals This is such a worthy cause for donation As a fitness professional and mum myself, I can’t tell you how many times I wished there was more guidance and information about returning to exercise after the 6 week check up. I suffered terrible post birth trauma, pelvic floor weakness and pelvis issues but kept going about my business as a fitness instructor and thought this was all normal. I don’t recall being checked for abdominal... separation either. Apart from being referred to a women’s health physio there was a lack of information and help available and still is today. Let’s make it out mission to help Jen Dugard ensure that EVERY woman receives the education and information she deserves to ensure a safe return to exercise or movement that she loves Join the movement and donate today

12.01.2022 It was a year like no other! One I hope we never see again. . So many challenges, adaptions and disappointments but it can only make us stronger and more determined for a better year to come When I look back on the year I take away many positives. For one I am more patient than I have ever been (LOL), I value my family more and on the whole I can see the wider community making health and fitness their top priority! They are all wins for me .... It’s hard not to get angry and it’s hard not to feel down, especially now that Christmas with our loved ones may not happen if they were coming or you going interstate . The only thing we can do is acknowledge and embrace the positive outcomes of the past year and know that it can only get better. . Stellar will be closed until the 4th January 2021 and in this time I am also taking a break from social media to relax, recharge and spend quality time with my loved ones . I wish you and your family lots of love and good health over the Christmas holidays and year ahead of us. Stay safe Peace out Dani xx

11.01.2022 As I was growing up I used to have a large friends network! I thought, the more friends the better! . . Now that I am older, I realise that it doesn’t matter how many friends you have! What matters is that you have loyal friends. Friends that love you for who you are, through the good and the bad moments in life! .... . . Ones that are not afraid to tell you what they think even if you don’t want to hear it . . True friendship isn’t about being there when it’s convenient, it’s about being there when it’s not. . . True friends will stay forever, beyond distance and beyond time. They are friends you want in your life! Even if you only have one . . Share the love and tag a bestie to let them know they are appreciated and you will always have their back. . . 2020 has been a year like no other we have ever experienced. 09.01.2022 Dreaming of Bali today :( Repost from our retreat last year Here is a sneaky look into part of our workout this morning that you can complete at home with just a skipping rope! Don’t have a rope? No problems, substitute for high knees ... You have 12 min to complete: 10 x Inchworms + hand release push-up 20 x Squat hold low lunges 40 x Froggies 80 x Air Squats 100 x Ab Flutters The kicker....at the start of every minute stop where you are and complete 20 skips then go back to where you were. The idea is to move through the exercises at a solid pace (of course with good form and intention), aiming to finish by the 10 minute mark. Once you have finished your final Ab Flutters, hold a plank for a total of 4 min still doing your 20 x skips every minute. Whoop whoop! 09.01.2022 Woo hoo! Here’s a little pyramid workout to add to your workout routine . In the video I demonstrate using weights or theraband as a resistance option! . Share this workout with your friends and don’t to get to save it for later.... . To make it a little more intensive you can add a 1km run at the start and the finish . You will need a chair and weights or theraband for the workout . Complete 6 reps of all 3 exercises, then 10, then 16, back to 10 then finish with 6 Tricep dip sit to stand thruster (weight or band) seated back row with weights or standing back row with band Let us know how you go with it? 03.01.2022 Got a skipping rope? Save this workout for later Don't worry if you don't have one, I will give you alternative cardio options This workout is perfect for holidays or anywhere/anytime ... As always make sure you warm up with some dynamic stretches and movement before starting the sequence Set a timer for 2 mins and begin skipping. If you don't have a rope you can do shuttle runs, star jumps, high knee runs, step ups on a ledge or park bench etc Then complete 30 squats OR jump squats 2 min skip or alternative Complete 30 static, alternating or walking lunges 2 min skip or alternative Complete 30 pushups (break down into sets of 10 if needed) 2 min skip or alternative Then complete 30 Burpees (can do elevated on a park bench) 2 min skip or alternative Then complete 30 Situps or reverse curl crunches Boom! Stretch all major muscle groups after the workout It should take you around 30 mins to complete so NO EXCUSES! Be sure to comment done or take a snap and tag us! We would love to know if you gave it a go Note- you can drop the skipping time down to 60 or 90 secs if short on time or it proves too challenging at this point in time Dani Xx
