Welll done to alll it was a super effort in the warm weather and you all still pushed yourselves! #proud Gym starting to come together nicely! New mats laid out today and some of the equipment on the shelves, thank you to Mum beautiful my for cleaning it all up! Group Sessions! 17.01.2022 With the news on the Covid-19 as part of stage 1 all gyms are to shut as of 12pm Monday 23rd March, I am absolutely gutted that it has come to this but I know that I have been working hard to still keep all my clients achieving their goals. I will contact you all individually and will have home programs ready for you by the end of today. We will organise a time for a phone consultation or Skype meeting to keep you all motivated! 10.01.2022 Clients done Training done This morning I did a light upper body session! My favourite arm exercise is Tricep skull crushers (photo below). I also did 30 minutes of foam rolling and stretching after a 25km walk on the weekend, recovery is very important and very beneficial for your body! #stretchitout Hope you all had a fantastic weekend and are feeling and refreshed to start another fantastic week!

With 10-15 minutes stretching at the end! I could be one of the happiest girls right now, training is , clients are amazing and smashing out their sessions, so proud of all of you!
