20.01.2022 Just because we have an experience does not mean it is integrated and metabolized. Just as the belly can experience leaky gut, undigested emotional and soma...tic experience can leak from embodied awareness making it difficult to assimilate its essential nutrients. At times, we will have the internal resources (enzymes of spaciousness and safety) to digest intense experience, while at other times we need the presence of another. This presence does not involve more insight or advice, but right-brain immersion in embodied we-space where we feel felt and understood. When an experience is integrated, it becomes part of a cohesive, retrievable narrative and memory a whole neural net of bodily sensations and impulses, smells, sounds, thoughts, emotions, and images, all wired up together in a coherent way. We are then able to make use of the experience to support resilience, aliveness, creativity, intimacy, and play, with others and with the phenomenal world. If the enzymes are not present, the experience is stored outside awareness, limbically and in the body, where it remains available for re-presentation, re-imagination, and re-organization. Colloquially we refer to this re-presentation as a trigger, which is a bit aggressive, however that is often the way it feels. Jung speaks of a complex being constellated, which evokes imagery of space and the stars. In these moments, the little one appears, peeking their head around the corner, longing, How about now? Am I safe to come yet? I’m not here to harm you, I just want to return home. I’m tired, scared, and so alone. It can be so difficult in the moment to hold that little one that is enraged, anxious, or frightened, to provide just a moment of that true nourishment they have been aching for, for so long. The enzyme of holding, of love, in which they can rest in safety from an exhausting journey. The shakiness in the belly, constriction in the throat, that deep sense of annihilatory panic... yet somehow the resources, the help, the ally, the friend appears. 15.01.2022 On August 8th the Lion’s Gate portal will peak, letting us reflect on our past and what we want to manifest in our future. Each year on August 8th we enter into... what is called the Lion’s Gate. This term refers to the significance of the number eight and the astrological sign Leo, which is represented by the lion. The number eight is the symbol for infinityas above, so below. It is the number of the universe and the infinite gifts that are possible if we offer ourselves and our agendas to the greater good. Eight is also the number associated with harmony, balance, abundance and power. The 8th of August is the high point in what is known as the Lion’s Gate. This portal opens between the 26th of July and 12th of August, while the sun is in the astrological sign of Leothe lion. During this time light waves from the star, Sirius, bathes Earth with keys and codes to assist us with our spiritual evolution. The star, Sirius, rises every midsummer/midwinter depending on your hemisphere and is associated with new thought, new light and new potentials. As society gradually awakens to a higher level of spiritual awareness we naturally begin to question who we are as individuals and collective .This means looking at who we authentically are and at the exact truth of our soul. Now is the time of infinite potential and possibility. Now is the time to create and materialize what we want into our lives. We are being asked to finally come to the understanding that we are the co-creators of our realities. We are being asked to acknowledge that we are surrounded by the energy of abundance from the universe. There is no such thing as a lack in the universe. Any boundaries or obstacles we perceive happen when we haven’t yet accepted the infinite love and acceptance that is ultimately available to us. This is the supreme energy of the light from Sirius shinning down on us during this special portal in time. We are being asked to combine our masculine and feminine energies and to celebrate all that we are, all that we have been and all that we will be. It’s a time to look deeply at our past and to say good bye to any old wounds or baggage that we may still be carrying. Only once we have done that can we look at our current journeythen we can decide what we want our future to hold.

09.01.2022 Think of all these people whose unresolved issues you may be carrying. We usually talk in terms of 'my great great great grandmother' as if you only had one - but check out how many you do have, We often find that the emotional debris we are living with (that is perhaps causing physical disease in us) has roots in these old folks who died so long ago. Life Alignment deals with this stuff really well.

09.01.2022 We did water crystal experiment by showing words COVID-19, COVID-19 and Love and Gratitude and COVID-19 and Fear to each bottle of distilled water and the...se are the results of the experiment. As you can see, Love and Gratitude conquered COVID-19 while fear tuned into negative energy of it. The water crystal of COVID-19 seems to be a half illusional and the reason probably might be that virus is a living and non living thing. Dr. Emoto said in the past about virus that virus is living in both 3rd and 4th dimension so that is why vibrational approach including our consciousness is important rather than only material approach. Let the power of love and gratitude shine through!
