25.01.2022 Day 5 Derwent Bridge - Strathgordon It was cold ! But was worth it at the end of the day, finding an awesome spot to sleep for the night right on the edge of the lake with a view to die for !They twisty roads still continues to amaze me, it’s like race mode 24/7

25.01.2022 Unfortunately for Rd 3 of the Southern Downs road race series, I won’t be riding the 600 in the F2 class this weekend she gave up after a few sessions. Hard to say at the moment of what the issue is, something in the top end lucky I have the R3 here too !! Big Knobs Crash Sliders Stitch Smith Caloundra Engine Centre... 22.01.2022 Day 6 Strathgordon - Cockle Creek (Most southern point of Tasmania) It was hard to leave behind our camp spot waking up to a beautiful sunrise with the camp fire warming us up. But there were miles to be had, plenty of more twisty roads ! We hit Jeffreys track after New Norfolk to cut out Hobart and boy it was great fun ! Even more to top off the day by making it to most southern point of Tassie

22.01.2022 A bit of downtime and freedom !! camping and riding with Megan Trivett Brad Trivett!!

21.01.2022 A different weekend of riding around Bunya mountains with great bunch of people...it wasn’t race pace but enjoyable moments every where you go. What an adventure !!

20.01.2022 With the unfortunate event of the R6, found out that I can enter the R3 in the F3/400 class so because I hate riding so much, there I was like a dog to bone, getting back into the 1:26 around Morgan Park with plenty of racing in 2 classes. It’s only been the second race for the year so there was a lot of bad habits that needed to be rectified...overall a fun weekend with 5th overall in 250/300 production class and 4th overall in F3 class Thanks again to my awesome sponsors B...ig Knobs Crash Sliders Stitch Smith Caloundra Engine Centre Caloundra Stickerman Northstar Yamaha Well Sprung Motorcycle Suspension Barrys dyno Bridgestone SMT2 SHOEI Helmets Sidi Sport Spidi Looking forward to round 3 of the QRRC in October

19.01.2022 Found the problem on the R6...as expected it dropped a valve which is never a good thing inside an engine few of you commented to get the pit bitch back on the spanners so as he usually does, he is working his magic !! This is where the hard work comes into play behind the scenes, without John it would certainly cost me thousands of $$ so I am very grateful along with the help of our wonderful sponsor Caloundra Engine Centre to help get me back to round 4

18.01.2022 Well the trip around Tassie has come to an end, day 11 was a bit wet so we opted to stay a couple of days in Devanport but for a good reason ! I’d like to thank Chas Kelly and our guide Peter Cross for letting us view his private collection which was the icing on the cake for the trip ! All I can I say is WOW !! To be up and close to some of the rarest machines is unbelievable !!

18.01.2022 Great day out today for Robbies farewell tour

17.01.2022 It’s not all about racing so a bit of cross training is great for your balance...have just spent a week jet skiing around Fraser Island with some wonderful people with plenty of whale spotting and sightseeing

12.01.2022 Day 7 Brunny Island Headed back up north catching the ferry across to Brunny Island. Spent the day exploring going on some awesome trail rides and eventually setting up camp at lighthouse jetty beach. Dinner and fire right on the waterfront ! This is living !

09.01.2022 Day 4 Strahan - Queenstown - Derwent Bridge Well it stopped raining, so we made some miles to Queenstown and had the best curried scallop pie then hit the awesome twisty bitumen roads heading out to Derwent Bridge even seeing some action (car & caravan rollover) Now time to enjoy the camp fire

06.01.2022 Great day out riding bikes getting some practice in before Rd 3 at Morgan Park (even the other big knob threw a leg over a bike, been 20 years since Lakeside ) Thanks heaps to all my sponsors, hope you’re all COVID safe Big Knobs Crash Sliders Stitch Smith... 03.01.2022 Day 8 Brunny Island - Freycinet National Park Today was more of a rest day (straight roads on the main highway) after checking out more of Brunny Island, we v-lined straight for Freycinet. Following the pretty east coastline, it is hard to keep your eyes on the road where you have breathtaking views ! Eventually getting to Freycinet, this place is to die for and definitely an awesome place to watch the sunset !

02.01.2022 For those that enjoy the history of our sport, we had the privilege to meet and celebrate his birthday at the island back in 2018 with the one and only John Woodley. The link below is a story of his career and we can attest to the fact that he is the Gentlemen John as they say. I consider myself lucky to have sat down and shared great stories with him https://amcn.com.au/editorial/gentleman-john-john-woodley/

02.01.2022 Priceless paintings

02.01.2022 Day 9 Freycinet National Park - Bay Of Fires More awesome scenery and twisty roads !

02.01.2022 Day 10 Bay Of Fires - Targa via Ben Lomond Finally get to tick Ben Lomond off the bucket list. We went exploring the forestry and back roads and finally ending up at one of the most dangerous roads oz, Jacobs Ladder
