With the COVID-19 numbers increasing daily and that visiting a hairdresser not being one of the 4 reasons to leave home while in Stage 3 Lockdown we have again made the decision to temporarily close our salon from tonight at 6pm. We must ensure the safety and health of our staff and clients throughout these uncertain times. 12.01.2022 To our wonderful clients It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to temporarily close the doors of SM Hair Studio due to the COVID-19. Having been continually operating for 36 years this is not a decision we made lightly, but we must ensure the safety and health of our staff and clients and our medical advise is that the transmission risk in a hair salon is high due to the length of time spent together and the close proximity. Gloves and masks will not alleviate thi...s risk. We recognise that the government is still allowing us to trade but we make this decision as it is on all of us to #stopthespread.
