There are a range of ATO scams that attempt to extract your private details or push you to pay fake tax debts. A number of our clients have received an automated call indicating it was the ATO. If you are contacted, hang up immediately. To verify and report a scam call the ATO on 1800 008 540. Under no circumstances should you give any confidential information to anyone over the phone.
