18.01.2022 I shed tears of joy today as Dan announced the opening of Hospitality. It's been over 9 months in the making but finally I can share that I am opening my first cafe, Willow & Jackson, in about 5 weeks time!! Healesville, I'm coming for you!! Thank you to everyone who has supported me the last few months!! And especially thank you to all my customers! You've kept me on my feet throughout all of this!! I can't wait to share this adventure with you all!! Chefs and kitchen hand...s, I need you!!
